Devel Motors, based in the United Arab Emirates, developed the Devel Sixteen hypercar concept. The company designed the car and announced a quad-turbo V16 engine for the Sixteen model. Initial claims indicated that this engine could produce 5,007 horsepower and achieve a top speed of 350 mph. The base model was planned with a V8 engine, producing approximately 1,500 to 2,000 horsepower. Other planned models included a V16 engine producing around 3,006 horsepower and a track-only version with a quad-turbo V16 engine producing 5,007 horsepower.
