The Yinxiang Group, based in Chongqing, China, operates in real estate and the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of various engines and vehicles. In 1997, the Yinxiang Motorcycle brand was established as a subsidiary of the group. The joint venture brand Huansu, produced passenger cars between 2016 and 2018. The Bisu brand, focused on crossovers and MPVs, also operated from 2016 to 2020. Following the Yinxiang Group’s bankruptcy in 2021, the Ruixiang brand was created with investment from BAIC Group and Chongqing municipal government funds. The Ruixiang brand currently produces vehicles such as the Ruixiang X3, X5, and Boteng series models.
