Company overview

Laraki Automobiles is a Moroccan manufacturer of high-performance sports cars. The company was established in 1999 by Abdeslam Laraki, who previously worked in yacht design and industrial engineering. The company’s first model, the Laraki Fulgura, debuted at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show. Subsequent concept models included the Laraki Borac and the Laraki Epitome. The Fulgura is based on a Lamborghini Diablo chassis and initially featured a Mercedes-Benz 6.0 L V12 engine, later revised to produce up to 730 hp. The Borac is a grand tourer with a front-engine layout and a 6.0 L V12 engine without turbocharging, producing 540 hp. In 2013, the Epitome was unveiled at Pebble Beach and planned for production with nine vehicles. It uses a Z06 Chevrolet Corvette V8 engine, enhanced with twin turbochargers and dual fuel tanks, achieving a maximum output of 1,750 horsepower. The Sahara model, unveiled in 2019, also utilizes a Z06 Corvette V8 engine with twin turbochargers and dual fuel tanks, reaching 1,750 horsepower.
