Company overview

The Murtaya is a lightweight, all-wheel drive roadster based on the Subaru Impreza WRX STi. It was initially developed as a kit car in 2006 by Adrenaline Motorsport, led by Neil Yates and Tom Taylor. The Murtaya’s design was influenced by the Minari and Delfino Feroce, with Daniel Muir serving as its head designer. Following Adrenaline Motorsport’s closure in 2010, the intellectual property rights were acquired by an investor who subsequently founded Murtaya Sports Cars Limited. In 2013, ALS Sports Cars LLP acquired the production rights and tooling. Production of the Murtaya resumed after a brief pause. The car is offered in various forms, including kit versions for self-assembly, rolling chassis builds, and fully finished vehicles. It is available in road car and track car specifications with donor cars ranging from naturally aspirated Imprezas to STi Type-RA/Type-R models, offering power outputs up to 400 horsepower.
