Company overview

AB Thulinverken was founded in 1914 in Landskrona, Sweden. It began as Enoch Thulins Aeroplanfabrik, producing aircraft and later automobiles. The company’s focus shifted to brake systems in 1922 following financial difficulties during World War I. In 1958, Thulinverken merged with Svenska AB Bromsregulator. SAB Wabco AB, owned by Faiveley Transport since 2004, now incorporates the remains of Thulinverken. The company initially manufactured aircraft including the Thulin A, D, E and G models, utilizing Le Rhône engines. It also produced automobiles like the Thulin A and B.
