Company overview

The Tramontana is a Spanish sports car designed by Josep Rubau. Advanced Design Tramontana built the car in Palau de Santa Eulalia, Girona, Catalonia, Spain. The initial concept was presented at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. Production models were subsequently developed and introduced to the market. The car has a mid-mounted V12 engine. This engine is produced by Mercedes-Benz and generates 720 PS. A six-speed sequential gearbox transmits power to the rear wheels, achieving a top speed of 325 km/h. The body and interior incorporate aluminium and carbon fibre materials, while twenty-inch wheels use a combination of carbon fibre and magnesium. Production is limited to twelve cars annually.
